Saraswati Puja 2026 will be held at School on Friday, 23rd January, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. All children including children in the Baby Creche, ex-students and parents are welcome to come and join.  

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE An application for Transfer Certificate must be submitted in duplicate by the day following the publication of the annual results (please note that this date is notified through our website and the school notice board and this is NOT the date printed in the approximate calendar of events issued to parents at the beginning of the session). Please note that a minimum of 20 days is required for the issuance of a transfer certificate and the endorsement of the same by the Office of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations. PARENTS are reminded that ALL FEES for the 2025 -2026 FINANCIAL PERIOD i.e. till March 2026, have to be cleared by Sunday, the 15th. of March, 2026.

DOLNA DAY SCHOOL & CRECHE SUBJECT : Withdrawal and Transfer Certificates Parents who cannot have their children continue in the next session i.e. the 2026-2027 academic session, should submit a written notice (in duplicate) for withdrawal by 15th February, 2026. If we do not receive such applications by the end of February, we shall presume that the child will remain on the rolls in the following session. All applications for withdrawal reaching us on or after 15th. February will be processed strictly in accordance with the ‘rules for withdrawal’ stated in our prospectus. Annual Sports will be held on Tuesday, 20th of January, 2026 from 9:30 am at the Samanway Club grounds on the South of Dolna Day School.  

For children in classes I to XI, who have siblings in the higher classes, if Parents wish to reuse the books in the possession of the older children and the books prescribed in the booklist happen to be the same, you are requested to kindly bring the books along during the period 21st January and 27th January, 2026 either at 12:30pm or 3:30pm and meet either Gargi Di or Ipsita Di. If the books are found to be in reasonably good condition and unaffected by edition change, they will be marked accepted and the amount will be adjusted in the booklist.

Parents of children staying at the Crèche are requested to give intimation (in the form of two copies of a letter to the School Office or an e-mail to dolna.permissions@gmail.com).
